A $40.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR CUSTOM SPATCHCOCK TURKEY. Amount Owing will be calculated at a rate of $5.50/lb or $12.13/kg, and payable at the time of pick-up.

Note: turkeys will be RAW at time of pick-up and REQUIRE COOKING.

Turkeys were lovingly and locally raised in Elmira by third generation turkey farmers. Free-run with absolutely NO antibiotics or growth hormones. Turkeys are fresh and air chilled (never frozen).

Spatchcock turkey cooks more evenly and more quickly, for stunningly crisp skin and perfectly cooked white and dark meat.

Your turkey will be ordered for you based on the weight you select, and then spatchcocked (final cost will be calculated after the bird is spatchcocked and there may be a small amount owing, or credit, based on the final finished weight).

Please select the day you would like to pick up your custom spatchcocked turkey, using the drop down menu. It will be freshly spatchcocked that morning and available for pick-up after 12:00 p.m. on the day you choose.
