A $40.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR TURKEY. Amount owing will be calculated at a rate of $4.95/lb or $10.90/kg, and payable at the time of pick-up.

Note: turkeys will be RAW at time of pick-up and REQUIRE COOKING.

Turkeys were lovingly and locally raised in Elmira by third generation turkey farmers. Free-run with absolutely NO antibiotics or growth hormones. Turkeys are fresh, air-chilled (never frozen) and contain giblets.

Your turkey will be assigned to you based on the weight requested. We will try to get as close as possible but sometimes there may be a 1-3 approximate pound variance based on the final finished weights of the birds.

Turkeys will be available for pick-up starting at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday December 22nd through to 6:00 p.m. on Monday December 23rd. Your turkey will be allocated to you based on the size requested and held safely for you in our walk-in cooler until you arrive to pick it up.
