NOTE: Prime Rib will be RAW at time of pick up and WILL REQUIRE COOKING.

THERE IS A TWO BONE MINIMUM QUANTITY ON THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE SELECT A MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 2 (BONES) WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER (recommended serving size is approximately one bone for 2 people). The order will be custom prepared based on the number of bones specified (e.g. if you select a quantity of 5, you will receive one prime rib roast consisting of 5 bones). Note: There may be a balance owing (or credit) at time of pick-up based on final finished weight.

Prepared with locally raised prime grade Prime Rib. Trimmed, seasoned and ready to pop in the oven - just cook to the required minimum internal temperature.
